"Pretty frustrating follow-up experience"
I had to follow up a couple times just to get a straight answer, which was kind of annoying. They told me someone would get back to me, but then I didn’t hear anything for a while. When they finally did reply, it still didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I was basically stuck waiting again. It just felt like no one was really keeping track of it. I’m sure the shop is probably okay when everything goes smoothly, but if you actually need help or someone to follow through, I’m not so sure. Frustrating overall

I went into The Great Escape not really knowing what I needed and expected it to be a bit of a hassle. But the staff was actually really helpful. They knew what they were talking about and explained the differences between products in a way that made sense without overcomplicating everything. I also didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying the most expensive option, which I appreciated. I’ll admit, I was kind of prepared to be annoyed, but it ended up being an easy experience and I left feeling like I made the right choice.

I’ll be honest, I was half expecting it to feel a bit flimsy, especially since the listing kind of made me wonder if they were avoiding showing how sturdy it really was. "Shipping Took Forever"
I ordered from The Great Escape and the shipping was So slow. I kept checking the tracking and it felt like it just sat there for days with Nothing happening. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed and kind of over it. Not the best first experience for me.

My order showed up fine and everything was okay with it, but the delivery updates weren’t super clear. I had to check the tracking myself a few times just to see what was going on. Not a huge problem, not terrible or anything, but it could definitely be a bit better.
